What systems does Mithra integrate with?

Mithra currently integrates with SharePoint and works directly with native or scanned PDFs. We're also working on an integration with MedProcure's SmartPO. Need another integration? Let us know - we'll work with your data wherever it lives.

How do you handle data security?

Mithra follows industry security best practices. SOC 2 Type I certification is in progress. We'd be glad to walk security teams through our practices in detail.

What if our contracts are scanned PDFs?

Mithra works with both text-encoded PDFs and scanned, image-based PDFs. If your contracts are still on paper, scan them to PDF and we can process them from there.

Does Mithra replace our CLM?

No. Mithra is post-signature. If you already use a CLM for drafting and signing contracts, Mithra picks up where it leaves off - managing the years of renewals, visibility, and spend after the signature.
