Mithra is an AI-native vendor contract repository and contract intelligence platform for multi-community senior living operators and other multi-facility non-acute healthcare organizations. It reads the vendor agreements you've already signed and extracts the commercial terms that drive day-to-day decisions: renewal terms, notice periods and cancel-by dates, pricing structures, covered communities, and obligations.
It helps procurement and operations teams answer questions like: which of our vendor agreements cover which communities, and which notice dates need review this quarter?

How Mithra works
- Bring in your signed contracts. Provide them through SharePoint, upload them in Mithra, or email them directly to our team.
- Mithra extracts and organizes the terms. The terms above go into a searchable contract repository with portfolio and community-level views, and renewal alerts flag upcoming deadlines.
- Your team reviews and acts. People check the findings, especially dates and coverage the documents leave unclear, and decide whether to renew, renegotiate, rebid, or send notice.
Common questions
Who is Mithra for?
Mithra is for corporate procurement and operations teams at multi-community senior living operators, and at other multi-facility non-acute healthcare organizations, whose signed vendor agreements are spread across shared drives, community folders, and inboxes. The job is the commercial side of those agreements: what they say about price, renewal, notice, and obligations, and which communities they cover.
The early-access design partner program currently gives priority to operators with 10 or more communities. If your portfolio is smaller or structured differently, tell us about it and we can talk through whether Mithra fits.
How do we get our existing contracts into Mithra?
You can provide your contracts through SharePoint, upload them in Mithra, or email them directly to our team. Before setup, we'll agree on which agreements to include and how new contracts and amendments will reach Mithra.
What integrations are available today?
SharePoint is a current integration. You can also upload contracts in Mithra or email them directly to our team.
We're developing an integration with MedProcure's SmartPO to bring contract terms and purchasing data together.
What is Mithra’s SOC 2 status?
Mithra's work toward SOC 2 Type I is in progress and not yet completed. If your team is reviewing vendors, we're glad to discuss our current security practices and work through your questions directly.
How quickly can we get started?
Mithra typically takes about two business days to set up once we receive your contracts. Custom features or requests may extend setup.
A good first step is to gather the signed agreements you want reviewed, along with their amendments, exhibits, and schedules, in a SharePoint folder or as files to upload or email. Then request a Contract Visibility Audit or a conversation.
How much does Mithra cost?
To get current pricing for your organization, request it through the contact form. Mithra is in early access, and design partners currently receive:
- discounted access during the program
- white-glove onboarding and support
- input into the product roadmap
- first-year post-launch pricing locked
Is Mithra a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system?
Mithra is contract intelligence built for procurement and operations teams at senior living and other non-acute healthcare operators, focused on the post-signature half of the contract lifecycle. Broad CLM platforms manage the whole lifecycle for organizations across industries. Mithra concentrates on the vendor agreements you've already signed and the operational decisions that follow.
Mithra turns those agreements into a working view of pricing, renewal deadlines, obligations, and community coverage, helping your team manage vendor relationships and prepare for renewals and renegotiations.
Who makes the decisions about our contracts?
Your team does. Mithra gives procurement and operations a clear view of signed terms and upcoming deadlines. Your people decide whether to renew, renegotiate, or exit, and carry out those decisions, including any notices, under each agreement's terms.
How should we treat the extracted terms?
Treat them as findings to review. Pay closest attention to ambiguous dates, amendments that change earlier terms, and community coverage. When contract language is genuinely ambiguous, the interpretation belongs with your counsel.
Can Mithra help us find savings?
Yes. Mithra puts pricing, renewal terms, and community coverage in one place so your team can compare agreements and identify rates to renegotiate. Renewal visibility gives you time to act before notice deadlines pass.
We're also developing an integration with SmartPO that will connect contract terms with purchasing data, so your team can compare agreed pricing with actual purchases and uncover additional savings opportunities.
What is the free Contract Visibility Audit?
The Contract Visibility Audit shows renewal dates, notice periods, expirations, cancel-by dates, and covered communities for the contracts you share. It's a practical way to see what your agreements say before deciding anything about a broader rollout. Request a free Contract Visibility Audit.
